Событие ,прошло практически незаметно для общественности - по крайней мере не настолько, чтобы удовлетворить ожидания КМТС. Однако позитив, полученый в процессе, все легко компенсировал, а ссылок на европейских слонов найдено было немеряно. Действующие лица легко распознаются по никам, комментарии излишни...



И вообще!
Общеизвестно, что с конца XIII века резьба по слоновьей кости стала почти монополией Франции, в частности Парижа. Костяные изделия парижских мастерских высоко ценились во всей средневековой Европе.

Амазон прикрутил гайку

Если по-русски - для заказов в Россию теперь (с апреля этого года, как я понял) с Амазона доступна только курьерская почта (самая дорогая опция).
